LOOP ZT Travel Fly Rods

The LOOP ZT Series is designed for the travelling fly angler who refuses to compromise on rod performance.

Built using LOOP's advanced high-modulus nano-graphene carbon fibre technology, the ZT range combines exceptional strength, low weight and responsiveness with an incredibly practical multi-piece construction. The result is a serious fishing rod that packs down small enough for international travel, yet feels and performs like a conventional high-performance LOOP rod once assembled.

The ZT's medium-fast action produces excellent line speed for long, accurate casts while retaining the sensitivity and feel required for controlled presentations. Lightweight in the hand but with plenty of reserve power, these rods are equally at home fishing floating lines and smaller flies as they are working heavier shooting heads and sinking lines.

For the travelling salmon and steelhead angler, the ZT Double Hand range is available from the compact 12'2" #6 through to the powerful 15' #10. The six-piece construction dramatically reduces transport length, with even the 15' #10 packing into a tube just 88cm long. The range is joined by the compact 11' #7 ZT Switch, providing an extremely versatile option for salmon, steelhead and large migratory trout.
