TwinPeakes Fly Fishing aims to provide a complete and thorough service to our customers. Its aim is to teach, advise and promote the sport of fly fishing through our fly-fishing school, guide- school, pro-centre, film and photography both at home and abroad.

We may collect and process the following information about you:

  • Information which you provide when completing electronic forms on our web site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, sending us and email, posting material or requesting further services,

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required

We make available to you, products provided by third parties e.g. you can order products from third parties through our store.  You can tell when a third party is involved in your transaction, and we share customer personal information related to those transactions with that third party

We employ companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf e.g couriers to fulfil delivery of orders; card payment systems to process payments, assessing and managing credit risk.  We only provide the amount of information they require to enable them to fulfil that functions and they may not use it for any other purpose.  Further they must process the personal information in accordance with and permitted by data protection laws and this privacy policy
  • To fulfil our Health and Safety responsibilities to you as our customer e.g. where a third party is acting as your fishing guide
  • by law e.g. to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
  • We will not share your information with any other third parties without your permission

  1. What if I am a user aged 16 or under?

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parents/guardians permission before you provide TwinPeakes Fly Fishing with any personal information. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

By giving me your email address you agree I can send you marketing material.  Likewise, you may have consented to us using photographs of you on our web site, social media platform or for marketing purposes. You may opt-out at any time and you can ask for your data to be deleted from our systems and back-up system.
