Communal Session - Or simply book a single 60 minute slot for an open session.

Our cold plunge is sat next to the sauna for an icy dip between your 15 minute sauna sessions.

SAUNA SAFETY

  1. The sauna can reach 80ºC or higher. Humidity (and perceived heat) is varied in the sauna by pouring water over the rocks to create steam
  2. Ensure your swimwear has no metal fasteners
  3. No earrings, piercings or other jewellery
  4. Do not use the sauna if you are ill
  5. Check with your doctor before using sauna if you have any health conditions
  6. If you start feeling ill leave the sauna
  7. Never fall asleep in the sauna
  8. Be super careful not to touch stove and stones
  9. We recommend cooling off outside between rounds by using our shower, or, ideally, by jumping into the sea (if conditions allow)
  10. Keep rehydrated throughout drinking plenty of water

The Process

1. PREP

Drink at least one 8 oz glass of water before entering the sauna. Ideally, start your session at least 2 hours after any meal. We recommend leaving all jewelry, phones, and metal/glass bottles or glasses outside of the sauna.

2. HEAT

Grab a sit towel & hop in! Let the heat sink in for 10 – 20 minutes.

3. COOL DOWN

Chill outside in nature, rinse off, or go for the full cold plunge. Enjoy the cool down for at least 5-10 minutes for the full benefit of this part of the cycle.
HYDRATE! Drink at least one 8 oz glass of water during your cool down

4. REPEAT

Repeat the cycle 2-3 times with a full cold plunge at the end. Feel the hot & cold circuit reset your system.
